Job Description

To Prepare, operate and monitor all packaging machine / other machines in production, and maintain packaging
system ad powder transport system in compliance with Plant Safety and Hygiene Practices


Troubleshooting and repairing of machines, report malfunction of the machines to superior Carry out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing of machines Support in Production machinery set up Perform routine cleaning on all equipment/machine associated with manufacturing team Follow the unloading of all raw material Record all packaging facts Able to do front line trouble shooting of all packaging equipment Work with maintenance staff to solve problems on production line Prepare SOP for the production Adequate knowledge in HACCP principles Experience in operating of grinding machine, mixing machine, etc Shipment preparation, picking, loading and unloading

Requirements:

Singaporean NITEC in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Precision Engineering With 3 years of experience Candidates are required to load and unload sacks of material of at least 10 kg or 40kg each. Candidates are required to handle heavy equipment. PC & Internet knowledge Good interpersonal skills & positive work attitude with Hands on personnel Operate Forklift Able to Communicate , Received and handle Halal material & Document * Candidate with Halal Foundation Certificate will be given priority
