Job Responsibilities:

Set up and operate extrusion/injection molding machines as per specifications. Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot malfunctions or irregular output. Adjust settings (speed, temperature, pressure, tension) to maintain quality. Load and mix raw materials (resins, additives, colorants). Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and related tools. Maintain production logs, batch records, and machine performance data. Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime. Assign and oversee daily tasks of machine operators. Ensure 5S, safety compliance, and a clean work area. Support process improvement and lean initiatives.

Requirements:

Secondary/Technical School with experience in operating extrusion machine 1-2 years' experience in technician role. Experience in cleanroom environment preferred. Willing to work on rotating shifts.

Working Hours:

4-day work week, every Monday to Thursday, 8am to 8pm; 8pm to 8am (Rotating Shift)


(Fri, Sat and Sun considered OT)

Off Day & Rest Day:

Fri & Sat (Off Day), Sun (Rest Day)

Working Location:

Joon Koon (Company Transport Provided at Choa Chu Kang and Lakeside )
