Job Description

• 
  Our client is a Japanese chemical manufacturing company and they are looking for a Production Technician.
  You will be reporting to the Production Engineer.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  
  • Understand, support, and implement to current international standards organization (ISO9001), HACCP, SS506 requirements, and ISO 45001.
  • Support Production Supervisor in daily activities, including process monitoring and field checks, in order to meet production schedule.
  • Operate all production chemical processing equipment.
  • Maintain and record information accurately in production documents.
  • Monitor performance to ensure safe optimal operation of equipment, plant, and facilities.
  • Perform routine sampling, patrolling, and data logging.
  • Prepare documentation for equipment repair when necessary.
  • Prepare equipment before maintenance work.
  • Carry out basic frontline maintenance work.
  • Attend and contribute to production training matters.
  • Participate and respond to the certified emergency response team.
  • Conduct Kaizen & 5S activities.
  • Any other additional duties assigned by Management, when necessary.

• Requirement

  
  【Requirements & Preferences】
  
  • Minimum NITEC or equivalent
  • Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply! (On-the-job training will be provided)
  • Chemical process technology/chemical engineering background or prior experience preferred
  • Basic IT knowledge (Checking emails and filling in e-forms)
  • Willing to work overtime when required (Allowance will be given)

  8:00 ~ 16:30
