Job Description

1. To oversee the shift line production, help to ensure the production follows the production schedule, ensure quality ends are produced within customers’ requirements and at the same time meet the Company goal & objectives in terms of efficiency and spoilage. 2. Perform routine Preventive Maintenance as well as troubleshoot any machine breakdowns to minimize machine down time. 3. Coordinate the job and rest schedule of the production operators. 4. Assist the Production Executive to plan and execute any improvement activities. 5. Participate in Team projects to Improve Efficiency, Reduce Spoilage, Best Practices, Safety Awareness etc.

• Ensure that the product meets quality standards by conducting checks as per the quality procedures.

• Follow the Environment, Health and Safety procedures.

• Ensure that the products food safety is maintained by following HACCP procedures.

• Maintain a good standard of housekeeping by regular cleaning of machines and floor, and disposing of the spoilage.

• Sorting of isolated products when required.

• Communicate to the supervisors all problems and areas of improvements.

• Assist in trials.

• Work flexibly in any work area as far as safety and capability allows.
  

Job Specifications I. Technical a. Education: Diploma/ ITE Certificate or equivalent b. Experience: Preferred minimum 3-4 years’ experience in high speed manufacturing and/or relevant industry. c. Skills & Competence:

• Able to guide and manage the team members.

• Possess strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge.

• Able to operate and maintain the process equipment with minimum supervision.

• Preferably with basic computer competency.

• A good oral and written understanding of English language.

• Strong sense of responsibility and good work ethics.

• Shift Pattern: 4 types of shift patterns in company (shift pattern depends on sales demand needs and also the existing HC)
