Production Technician (Training Provided) - Temp position for a year

Who we are looking for:

Dex-Lab is currently looking for production technician to assist on operation of 3D Printers, Post-Processing, and assembly.

Main duties are perform routine production schedule such as equipment setup, operation,equipment adjustments, preventive maintenance, test runs on all assemblies, inspect finished products, carry out troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in day-to-day manufacturing floor operations of 3D printing consumables production

• Optimise the printing path to ensure the smooth structure surface finish and excellent mechanical properties.

• Perform routine production schedule under supervision of a manager

• Perform equipment setup, operation, and equipment adjustments i.e. manufacturing

Standard Operational Procedures

• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment for safety, quality and efficiency

• Perform test runs on all assemblies and equipment before production or when required

• Maintain quality standards for production

• Inspect finished products to ensure the conformance with specifications

• Perform other production activities when required.

• Perform post processing of 3D printed parts for assembly

• Assembly of parts
  

Job Requirements:

• Position is open to 'N' Level / 'O' Level / Vocational Certificate / NITEC / Higher NITEC/ Diploma and/or equivalent, preferrably in [Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics] and/or any other relevant course of study.

• Applicants without experience but with good learning ability are welcome to apply.

• Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and analytic skills.

• Able to work in a multi-disciplinary team

• Ability to work independently, creatively, self-initiative towards deadline in fast-paced environment
  

Good to Have:

• Basic CAD experience preferred (Solidworks/Fusion360 or similar)

• Knowledge and experience in large scale 3D material printing

• Love for Plamo (Model Kit)
