About our group:Recording Media Operations (RMO) Training team focused on creating, developing and delivery comprehensive training programs to Operation Support Team. This team\'s primary goal is to ensure that all training content remains current with the latest processes, procedures, and technologies relevant to the operation support function.About the role - you will:

  • Develop training programs and materials tailored to the specific needs of the operation support team.
  • Ensure training materials are updated with the latest processes, procedures, and technologies relevant to the operation support function.
  • Conduct training sessions for new hires to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities within the operation support team.
  • Facilitate ongoing training sessions for existing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to trainees to support their development and improvement.
  • Monitor trainee performance during and after training sessions to assess learning progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for enhancements or modifications as needed.
  • Maintain a repository of training materials, resources, and documentation to support ongoing learning and development within the operation support team.
  • Ensure training programs comply with relevant regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality assessments to ensure training materials and practices meet established standards of accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with IT to implement system updates, enhancements, and customizations to meet the evolving needs of the operation support training function.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage the training management system to enhance training delivery, engagement, and effectiveness.
About you:
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills, effective communication skills and detail oriented.
  • Ability to coach and develop team members.
  • Dependable and independent.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Your experience includes:
  • Diploma in Engineering or any relevant disciplines.
  • Familiar with Microsoft office.
  • Experience working in cleanroom and/or production environment.
