The Opportunity This role will manage Boards RMA supply chain activities with Venture, CSR, Planning and Irvine team Job Responsibilities: Review and maintain updated RMA Processes Flow, Metrics to reflect Marvell business goals Communicate with CM, CSR and QA teams on all RMA and execute agreed rework activities Work closely with internal and external stake holders in monitoring overall RMA TAT, Cost Work closely with SG planning team to meet Scheduled Ship Dates, RMA inventory Investigate and drive corrective actions when RMA metrics fall below the targets Run weekly / monthly meetings with stake holders to review metrics, trends and action plan to reach business goals Requirements: A university degree or diploma in Business, Supply chain / Economics Experience in MS Excel Oracle ERP, AGILE (Eng DB), OneRMA Tool or similar platforms.
