• Perform financial counselling with patients on NUHS@Home charges
• Explain the use Central Provident Fund (CPF) Medisave accounts, apply governmental financial assistance schemes and/or other available finance schemes to assist patient
• Ensure proper documentation, filing and safekeeping of financial counselling forms associated with patient\'s inpatient stay
• Perform billing processes to ensure the available finance schemes are activated for patient
• Schedule discharge appointments for patients who require follow up in outpatient clinics as per ordered by the clinicians
• Ensure accurate and timely booking of patient\'s TCU to the respective clinic
• Provide administrative assistance in the daily operations of programme coordinators
• Perform any others ad-hoc duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

• Diploma in any discipline
• Computer literate, experience with SAP system is an added advantage
• Be willing to work outside of working hours (E.g. weekends and/or public holidays)
• Able to cope with and work in a fast paced environment
• Must be a good team player with positive work attitude and able to work independently
• Prior knowledge/working experience in a hospital setting is an added advantage
