- Knowledge of Air or ocean freight is a must, with, trucking and logistic knowledge will be a plus.
- Support on daily operational issues.
- Maintain SOP internally at a regional level.
- Supporting Daily/Weekly/Monthly/KPI reports for customer.
- Attend to customer requests on timely matter.
- Act as a Control Tower for communication between internal and external customers.
- Aligning processes with internal and external operation.
- Work with Operation Manager to make improvements for operation.
- Conduct training for internal operation if there are new requirements from customer.
- Maintain good relationship with customer.
- Support ad hoc quotation if required.
- Travel overseas if required.
- 3 years & above in freight forwarding (Regional exp will be a plus)
- PC maneuverer level
\xe2\x9c\x93 Excel : standard+, Macro, Pivot table
\xe2\x9c\x93 Word: standard
\xe2\x9c\x93 Visio - IT knowledge:
\xe2\x9c\x93 EDI language
\xe2\x9c\x93 Common IT language
- Operation knowledge
\xe2\x9c\x93 Understand operation SCM and flow in conjunction with transportation ( Air and Ocean )
\xe2\x9c\x93 Open mind , aggressive with good personality and communication skills
