Program Manager - Software Consumer Category (Asia Region)

A very common name in every household, playing the pivotal role in shaping the success of their Software Consumer Category in the Asian market is actively searching for a Program Manager - Software Consumer Category (Asia Region) to join their team.

You will lead program and business management, data analysis, reporting, and community support for the company\'s software initiatives under the Regional Program Director\'s guidance. Your role will significantly impact the achievement of our business goals and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and manage processes for software rebate programs across the Asia region.
• Lead competitor analysis efforts, capturing insights to inform regular team updates.
• Assist country software teams in navigating processes, addressing queries, and managing escalations.
• Maintain and oversee central software category platforms, fostering collaboration and information sharing.
• Drive operational rhythms including cross-functional meetings, monthly updates, and interactive sessions.

The successful Program Manager will be sales focused, ability to drive programs and manage sales/business operations and possess outstanding communication skills.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Program Management, Sales Excellence, Business Operations, Project, or Business Management.
• Prior involvement in software industry is essential, given the learning curve.
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel, including advanced functions.
• Strong communication skills with partner/channel exposure in the technology sector.
• Experience in budget management, spend tracking, and ROI analysis; familiarity with data visualization tools is advantageous.
