DHL is dedicated to being a great place to work.Start YOUR career with DHL today.Role PurposeThe Program Manager will spearhead key Data Quality initiatives, including customer-facing reports and training programs, ensuring seamless management from concept to execution. This role is pivotal in delivering actionable insights through high-quality reporting, and driving knowledge sharing across teams via tailored training initiatives. By working closely with internal stakeholders and customers, the Principal Project Manager will ensure that all deliverables align with Data Quality strategic goals, and contribute to long-term organizational success.How will you contribute to the success of DHL?

• Drive sessions with senior stakeholders from diverse business teams and geographical locations to understand and break down business problems, bringing an understanding of technology, analytics methods and operating model approaches.
• Shape vision of the final program, decompose its roadmap into manageable project/stages, write a program proposal to secure stakeholders endorsement, project funding, and resources. Responsible for program budget.
• Drive change management activities along with steering committees and Data Quality Council to achieve excellent use of data to drive decision making and resolution of key issues.
• Lead end-to-end project management: Oversee projects from requirements definition through deployment, including developing schedules, defining scopes, estimating budgets, and creating implementation plans with risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage communications from multiple project managers to make program status visible to all stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvements in fundamental product features to achieve excellent use of data, including user community engagement and feedback loop.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external resources, including third-party vendors and researchers, to enhance project outcomes.
• Engage with the Data Quality Council and the Country Cross-Functional Data Quality teams to secure sponsorship, gain buy-in, seek guidance, and foster collaboration.
• Convince others to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.
• Understand customers and key stakeholders interests and concerns.
• Provide knowledge transfers, technical guidance to RO/CO cross-functional teams.

Do you have what it takes?

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree, and Masterxe2x80x99s Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Administration, preferred.
• Education and/or certification in LEAN/First Choice Bronze, Six Sigma, preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in Industrial Engineering/Solutions Design/Consulting.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in at least one of the following: Project management and implementation, operations management, or organization design and implementation, required.
• Experience in regional or global roles, preferred.
