Program Manager, Item Twins

Opportunity‍

Our product team is looking for an experienced program manager to spearhead customer engagements and strategic partnerships. With some of the largest retail and consumer packaged goods companies as customers, we are looking for a candidate that can drive vision and collaboration on projects and initiatives that will impact the ways companies build, market, transport, and sell products. Our customer relationships are our most important assets, and the program manager will contribute to the vision of how we will continue to raise the experience for our customers.

The program manager will work closely with Product, Engineering and a team of artists to build digital twin acquisition pipelines, management capabilities, and applications. Falcon, our digital twin simulator, uses a wide range of technology, including USD, real time rendering, physics simulation, Python, and cloud infrastructure. The program manager should be familiar with some of these and have the ability to learn about the rest.

Our jam is accurate digital twin simulation. Imagine Fortnite but with robots and humans! We build physically accurate worlds in which autonomous robots and human players can engage in real time producing high fidelity interaction data.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with our customers to define and deliver projects to expand their enterprise metaverse.
• Align goals and priorities across multiple internal teams to ensure we deliver the right projects at the right time.
• Make tradeoffs based on customer deadlines, company goals and available resources.
• Build strong subject matter knowledge to balance business demands with technological restrictions.
• Maintain the high level of focus we have on delivering value to our customers.
• Identify and implement scalable processes to grow our ability to serve a growing number of customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of program management experience managing complex projects, from ideation to delivery.
• Experience working in customer-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience working with 3D content in any variety of contexts (e.g., media & entertainment, manufacturing, architecture)

  Nice to Have

• Experience working with real time engines.
• Previous work with 3D modeling software, CAD tools, etc.
• Experience working with large organizations, multiple stakeholders, contracts, and procurement processes.
