We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Digital Program Manager, Securities Services Digital, Data & Innovation. Principal Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of Digital, Data & Innovation Programs as part of the wider Digital, Data & Innovation group within HSBC Securities Services
• Report on program performance metrics, financials, adoption progress, and operational goals with deep dives into digital product performance
• Define key milestones, tracking and monitoring of all activities and ensure expectation management of all stakeholders
• Work with Product Delivery teams to ensure delivery is within scope, time and cost
• Manage communication and engagement across all stakeholders
• Use different project methodologies to establish governance around delivery of programs
• Bring a risk mindset to program delivery, ensuring risk highlighted, documented, rated and addressed accordingly
• Establish Securities Services-wide governance to steer and control the development of digital solutions across the Securities Services client base, ensuring governance is light-touch yet effective
• Manage relationships with business stakeholders, clients, fintechs, regulators and industry partners
• To contribute to wider innovation initiatives across Securities Services, and the broader HSBC group

• More than 8 years’ experience in a related role with extensive experience in business project management
• Knowledge of Securities Services will be an added advantage
• Track record of delivery and execution
• Ability to multi task and manage a book of work with multiple projects
• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
• Experience of leading and delivering on large, complex projects and managing a portfolio of deliverables
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders such as sponsors, senior management, project managers, project team members, and other program stakeholders Must have an experience of complex project management
• Strong in managing program’s scope, time, cost, quality, resources, communication, risk and integration/change management aspects
• Strong in establishing and running program governance
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Experienced influencer of outcomes
• Able to work in pressurized environment and manage priorities effectively and be a good team player at the same time
