Program Manager - Operational Efficiency (Manufacturing) with SAP Expertise

Location: Northern side of Singapore

Our client is a leading manufacturing firm committed to excellence and innovation. We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency through strategic SAP implementations and process optimizations.

Position Summary:

Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency by leveraging SAP systems and process optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Program Leadership:

Develop and execute programs aimed at improving operational efficiency across manufacturing units. Align program objectives with organizational goals and manufacturing best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with departments including Production, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and IT to drive program success. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote SAP adoption and process improvements.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness. Provide regular updates to senior management on program progress and outcomes.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks related to program implementation and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 6 years in program or project management within a manufacturing environment. At least 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP implementations, specifically in manufacturing modules.

Certifications:

PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable. SAP certification in relevant modules is a plus.

Skills:

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in SAP modules relevant to manufacturing operations.
