How you will make an impact
The Program manager will support the HPLC product marketing in the business unit, collaborating with product management team to facilitate marketing initiatives and influence strategic GTM programs. You will work closely with HPLC product marketing, regional commercials/marketing, global sales, product management colleagues. You will be responsible for implementing programs and driving HPLC initiatives to meet the evolving and growing needs of the business.

What you will do
Drive Business Unit Initiatives

  • Drive the business unit initiatives, developing plans to be the world leader in liquid chromatography and valued business partners
  • Help to achieve AOP for booking and revenue, focusing on region in which candidate resides
  • Act as the point of contact for regional Commercial and Regional Marketing teams
  • Handle sales feedback process to the Business Unit on specific competition information, strategies and tactics and lead accomplishment of required follow-up action items
  • Working with local Sales and Marketing teams, develop regional-based strategies and tactical plans
  • Work on business unit projects including portfolio harmonization, product roadmaps, positioning strategies, competitor analysis, and region-specific plan
Business analytics
  • Build marketing analytics dashboards for marketing, and support building a data-driven culture that can take data and derive insights
  • Report on business intelligence and key performance indicators and provide actionable insights
  • Partner with marketing and product management teams to measure online and offline performance such as; digital, web, funnel (full funnel - marketing qualified opportunities to opportunity close win), customer facing events, database health, and other dashboards
  • Serve as a trusted analytics and marketing leaders by understanding and communicating practical marketing reports and analyses to support business decisions
  • Respond to ad-hoc queries and implement solutions to enable non-technical end-users to answer, independently

Your skills and experiences
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Science, Engineering, Business or related subject area
  • 5+ years’ experience in Sales/Marketing in analytical instrument and/or laboratory industry
  • Experience in commercial data analytics and expertise with several leading data visualization tools such as Power BI and SFDC are a plus
  • Strong conceptual and analytical orientation, as well as creative and unstructured problem-solving skills
  • Evaluate problems and concepts from different perspectives; use data to identify key issues/opportunities and arrive at sound and logical solutions
  • Strategic thinking, logical thinking and problem-solving, with excellent business acumen to understand business requirements.
  • Ability to travel globally up to 20-30%.
  • Role can be based anywhere in Asia Pacific (REMOTE)
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
