:

• Develop and execute the overall project plan and analyze impacts on schedule and budget variance which in turn contribute to meeting the overall objectives of various enterprise programs
• Identify and schedule Program & Project / Workstream deliverables, milestones and required activities and tasks
• Work hand in hand with Platform Owners, Business Stakeholders and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery including expectation setting, conflict management, scope changes, escalation etc.
• Ensure teams work in a collaborative environment
• Manage changes to the agreed scope of work, review and assess all changes and impact to timeline and ensure all changes are approved by appropriate governance forums
• Prepare Investment Approval requests and manage approval of Programme(s)
• Organize and facilitate governance meetings, Project Working Group (PWG) meetings
• Manage the overall Program risk profile, track risk aging, work-through escalations, change governance and related issues, implement the risk mitigation plans
• Partner with relevant stakeholders in ensuring that the system development methodology (SDLC) is followed and the relevant artefacts are delivered on time with quality, in adherence to the development methodology/approach
• Measure, monitor and report progress to stakeholders at various levels of organization across the enterprise with the right quality and consistency in content
• Implement Project & Program communication plans and review status reports prepared by Project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required

Working Experience

• 8-10 years of experience in technology program management with proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• In depth understanding of Insurance, Insurance products, market and processes is advantageous

Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, software engineering, technology management, business management, or similar.
Language
Fluent written and spoken English
