Ensuring the projects UAT and Go-Lives Date are met for new projects.
Manage the smooth running of after-sales program to ensure processes and KPIs are aligned to SOP/SOW
Engage with different stakeholders across the company to support customer’s requirement
Effective communication both internally and externally
Anticipate and articulate customers’ issue and work within the organization and/or customers’ vendor/partners to provide resolution and resolve root causes.
Establish long term relationship with customers including their vendors/suppliers for smooth running of the project
Track and monitor KPIs and provide customer with regular performance report
Conduct Monthly or quarterly business review with customers to present performance rating, manage corrective action plan and follow up with continuous improvement
Participate in root cause analysis, data review and process flow design
To act as a key escalation point of contact for the customers
