Job Description


  • Designing processes, ensuring SOPs and KPIs are drafted and implemented for new projects/ accounts.
  • Ensuring the projects UAT and Go-Lives Date are met for new projects.
  • Manage the smooth running of after-sales program to ensure processes and KPIs are aligned to SOP/SOW
  • Engage with different stakeholders across the company to support customer’s requirement
  • Effective communication both internally and externally
  • Anticipate and articulate customers’ issue and work within the organization and/or customers’ vendor/partners to provide resolution and resolve root causes.
  • Establish long term relationship with customers including their vendors/suppliers for smooth running of the project
  • Track and monitor KPIs and provide customer with regular performance report
  • Conduct Monthly or quarterly business review with customers to present performance rating, manage corrective action plan and follow up with continuous improvement
  • Participate in root cause analysis, data review and process flow design
  • To act as a key escalation point of contact for the customers
