Program Manager - Asia Pacific
Full Time, Singapore
As a Program Manager - Asia Pacific, you will serve as the business and relationship owner of an assigned portfolio of corporate clients, providing consultative and strategic program guidance to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and cultivate strong multi-level relationships within clients\' organization, becoming the trusted partner for travel related matters
- Build awareness and knowledge of any strategic changes within the client organization and recommend formulation of \xe2\x80\x9cbest-fit\xe2\x80\x9d strategy.
- Develop and execute business plans through strong understanding of client\xe2\x80\x99s business strategy, goals, key priorities, and challenges
- Provide accurate client sales forecasting, through deep understanding of client business, as well as awareness of industry and economic factors.
- Proactively identify account risk and lead client retention planning, in alignment with regional and global strategy
- Capitalize on opportunities to improve account profitability and increase incremental revenue through pricing adjustments, technology introduction or other upselling opportunities
- Deliver quarterly business (or ad-hoc) reviews to clients, as well as provide recommendations that are aligned to client objectives / business plan
- Host client travel forums to address the objectives of the client
- Work in close collaboration with all internal functions, including Operations, Technology and Finance teams, to ensure client expectations are achieved
About you
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably within an account management or sales role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels comfortably
- Accustomed with analysing, interpreting, and presenting large data sets
- Commercially aware, resilient, and tenacious personality who thrives working independently or within a close-knit team
- Exposure in travel, airline and hotel industry would be advantageous but not essential
