Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Understanding and aligning with client business and program objectives, value and realization plans.

• Developing program roadmap, critical milestones to support the goals and objectives.

• Identifying projects, tracks and work streams required to achieve the program goals.

• Manage scope and timeline for projects and workstreams.

• Implement both internal and external governance (with clients) to monitor, track progress and take necessary actions.

• Managing budget and adherence to financial goals.

• Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, quality and employee satisfaction. Focus on continuous improvement.

• Preparing program health dashboard to understand program health and take appropriate actions.

• Managing a team of project managers, business analysts, scrum masters and architects.

• Analyzing program risks and implementing mitigation/contingencies.

• Engage at CIO/CMO levels in client organization and act as consultant and specialist in supporting them in reaching their goals.

• Collaborate with pre-sales and client services teams in account mining activities.

• Collaborate with internal teams in building program management assets and thought.

• 5+ years of experience in managing large digital transformation programs.

• Experience in telecom industry preferred.

• Experience in managing multi-faceted programs involving UI, UX, content, cloud, SEO, Analytics along with ecommerce solution implementation.

• Extensive experience with Agile is mandatory.
