You will own and deliver LSS South-East Asia (SEA) projects AOP for Revenue, Margin, Billings & collection, and Productivity target. You will oversee the execution of SEA projects and initiatives while maintaining exceptional and consistent performance and providing direct, effective communication to business leadership on assigned responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Provide leadership and MOS to drive LSS SEA services projects via direct interaction with LSS regional business leaders, Sales, APAC LSS Program director, APAC migration principle, project managers, P&E, Sourcing/Factory, and Finance to ensure customer quality and delivery requirements are met or exceeded\xc2\xb7 Own Financials Forecasting & Reporting, be the focal point for the Services projects at the regional level and collaborate with LSS business stakeholders to ensure business KPIs are met or exceeded\xc2\xb7 Set and meet productivity savings while improving customer satisfaction.
