You will oversee the Project Management team executing ASEAN projects while maintaining exceptional and consistent performance and providing direct, effective communication to business leadership on assigned responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Provide leadership and MOS to drive team of Project Managers across LSS ASEAN countries via direct interaction with APAC LSS Program director, LSS regional business leaders, Sales, APAC migration principle, Project/program managers, Proposal & Estimation, Sourcing, and Finance to ensure customer quality and delivery requirements are met or exceeded\xc2\xb7 Own Financials Forecasting & Reporting, be the focal point for the Services projects at the regional level and collaborate with LSS business stakeholders to ensure business KPIs are met or exceeded\xc2\xb7 Set and meet productivity savings while improving customer satisfaction. Support long-term customer relationship management and Net Promoter Score\xc2\xb7 Drive measurable financial improvement in LSS projects business across the region, including revenue acceleration, and Margin & Working Capital improvement\xc2\xb7 Support the growth of LSS projects while partnering with LSS Business leaders, Growth leaders, and project teams, and plan for frontlog execution\xc2\xb7 Partner with ISC function for improved forecasting, delivery, and communication of SIOP\xc2\xb7 Drive transformation of execution processes and drive process compliance and continuous improvement\xc2\xb7 Ensure adherence to existing global quality processes as well as continuously developing and implementing improvement\xc2\xb7 Drive Productivity improvement via the use of the Global Migration Support Centre (GMSC), Advance Migration Technology, and Global Engineering Services\xc2\xb7 Provide leadership & mentoring of assigned project personnel, manage their activities, and ensure complianceKey Experience & Capabilities:\xc2\xb7 Prefer Project Management or Engineering experience in O&G, Mining & minerals, IT or building automation industry\xc2\xb7 Good Negotiation & conflict management skills\xc2\xb7 Finance acumen - revenue, margin, working capital, cash flow concepts\xc2\xb7 MS Office, Project or Primavera, SAP applications\xc2\xb7 Excellent Communication skills\xc2\xb7 Continuous improvement mindset\xc2\xb7 Ability to orchestrate solutions to customers\' business needs.\xc2\xb7 Strong Planning and risk management skills\xc2\xb7 Capacity to negotiate successful outcomes for all project stakeholders\xc2\xb7 Ability to develop and maintain strategic customer relationships\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to develop and lead a team by influencing\xc2\xb7 Capacity to manage multiple priorities and deliver against diverse objectives.\xc2\xb7 Ability to analyse information and provide value added inputs to Customer and Honeywell managementQualifications:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in engineering or business\xc2\xb7 Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt, Black Belt or Lean Manufacturing)\xc2\xb7 Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certification desiredWho We AreThe Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
