Refer to the link for more information.At Applied\xe2\x80\x99s Advanced Packaging Development Centre (APDC) in Singapore, we work across the company to drive strategic initiatives to accelerate key business outcomes. APDC is Applied\xe2\x80\x99s main location for wafer level packaging R&D and product development globally.As a Program Manager, you will support APDC Strategy and Operations leadership and partner with the South East Asia Regional Office in Singapore to identify new growth opportunities, build partnerships and execute on key initiatives to realize this growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive strategic programs to establish plans, milestones and priorities and ensure regular communications / updates to stakeholders. Anticipate risks and roadblocks, manage program prioritization, timelines, and balance business needs versus technical / operational constraints.Support management to identify key requirements, develop & implement strategic growth agendas including a strong focus on talent, and productivity, and suppliersStructure and execute analyses to develop recommendations and drive execution / implementation in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of partner activities with overall business operations.Originate, negotiate and execute ecosystem partnerships in Singapore and the region to accelerate new business opportunities from inception to execution.Build and maintain relationships with key ecosystem stakeholders (government agencies, public research entities, universities, tech startup ecosystem) to ensure Applied Materials is strategically positionedSkills & CompetenciesStrong analytical skills and effective problem solvers, with ability to navigate ambiguityExcellent communicator, with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levelsStrong sense of ownership and ability to work across different functions and BUsHigh learning agility to quickly understand the value drivers in numerous science and technology fieldsSomeone who is excited by the possibilities of how technology can play a role in improving our lives, and is interested to accelerate and translate technology innovations to business through partnershipsEducation and ExperienceBachelor in any Engineering or Science related discipline with min 4 years of relevant experienceExperiences in public-private partnership, strategic operations, project management and talent engagementExperienced in structuring and negotiating partnership deals; Familiarity with legal contracts e.g. NDAs, research collaboration agreements, MOUsGood knowledge of the high technology or semiconductor industry (good-to-have)Experiences working across time zones in multi-functional global teamsQualificationsEducation: Bachelor\'s DegreeSkills:Certifications:Languages:Years of Experience: 4 - 7 YearsWork Experience:Additional InformationTime Type: Full timeEmployee Type: Assignee / RegularTravel: Yes, 20% of the TimeRelocation Eligible: NoApplied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
