Grab's Technical Learning - Training team works closely with our internal engineering, product, UX, and data science/AI organizations to develop content, curriculum, and training programs to onboard and continuously supercharge the technical expertise of our Grab Tech teams.
Our mission is to empower Tech Grabbers to succeed in their roles by being a center of excellence for innovation through a centralized platform for self-help learning, templates, and guides, developing an engagingly robust Tech onboarding and training experience for future-ready Grabbers.
Get to know the Role:
As a Program Manager, you play a crucial hands-on role in building a learning culture across the technical families at Grab. In this role, you will plan, develop, and drive execution of tech onboarding and training initiatives that have a tremendous impact on the engineers in the organization. Excited and driven by a passion for helping others grow and succeed, you will plan and execute ways to drive visibility for onboarding and training programs to make learning-on-the-job both fun and effective. You will also play a key role in supporting the Tech Learning - Training team to be a center of excellence for innovation through strong frameworks, guides, and documentation.
