Liaison with 2 external vendors on tracker distribution operations and logistical needs e.g. monitoring stock inventory levels, resolving operational/customer care issues that are escalated
Perform reconciliation of tracker issuance numbers, conduct investigations and rectifications on errors or discrepancies, and update record keeping ensuring 100% accuracy
Update key monitoring statistics, such as issuance numbers, appointment related datasets, utilisation rate of fitness wearables on a weekly or monthly basis for reporting
Ensure timely submission of documentation and reports by client vendors on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as required.
Conduct monitoring on vendorsxe2x80x99 performance indicators and follow-up on non-compliance or non-performing areas
Assist in contract management matters, including billing and budget tracking matters
Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop, update and enhance Standard Operating Process (SOPs) and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to resolve operational issues so as to increase efficiency and improve customer journey
Coordination and basic secretariat support for biweekly meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Perform on-site audits or checks on the operations and processes, if required
General administrative support
General administrative work such as data entry and record keeping as assigned or required by the department. This may include customer care operations.
On a to-need and ad-hoc basis, to support on-site operations for client programmes (e.g. mass fitness wearable distribution events)
