You will have a unique and important part to play in helping more people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.So if you believe in inspiring a better future, read on.About the RoleJoin us as Events Management and Marketing support!Provide positive Events & Marketing Sales support in Tower office and to liaise with various internal and external parties on behalf of S&M Broking/ Direct & LIG teamAs a part of the AIA Corporate Solutions Division, the LIG Campaign Manager will be involved in the creation of worksite/virtual customer events/digital marketing campaigns for AIA Broking/Direct/IFA channel to cross-sell Life Insurance to existing insured members of corporate insurance base. This role will also handle an independent group of health and wellness vendors under AIA Flagship employee engagement program \xe2\x80\x9cAIA Workwell\xe2\x80\x9d to ensure its viability and relevance to the Employee Benefits market. In summary, the candidate will be responsible to develop, monitor and implement growth strategies for Life in Group business to achieve exponential growth.Events ManagementPlan, co-ordinate and implement Broking/Direct & LIG events from venue sourcing and related logistics planning.Development of proposals and detailed plans to support the technical aspect for the events.Planning and implementing with the events to increase positive rapports with Business Partners.Leads formal pre-event and post-event meetings for average to large-sized assigned groups.Proposed recommended automation solutions i.e.: Automation in LIG Wellness programs bookingsVendor Management (LIG Activities)Conceptualize and prepare event proposals customized to individual event and to ensure that its within budget & cost.Ensure that all vendors quotations and event proposals are presented accurately & effectively within company\xe2\x80\x99s compliance policy.Supporting and Coordinating with the Sales & Marketing FunctionHandle LIG activities such as responding to Broking/Direct & LIG business partners\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries and to analyse and/or convert into data and monthly sales analytics.To co-ordinate, implement & attend sales & operations training service where requiredHandle data and system entry for quotationsManage sales quotation activities log, sales reporting & summaryReview communication materials, deck, implementation timeline etc.Co-ordination of weekly billing, renewal growth and BD sales summaryAssist BDMs on quotation and placement of New BusinessLiaise with both internal & external parties to achieve positive resultsResponsibilitiesAble to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Provide excellent admin and operational support for Broking/Direct & LIG teams.Liaise with relevant parties to ensure timely deliverance and coordination of projects and tasks.Review and propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process to benefit the teams.Plan, co-ordinate, monitor and implement all events and activities independently and quick response on site to resolve any issue.Responsible in creating digital communication materials and coordinating with external vendors in video production, i.e.: Digital Marketing (eDMs, Employees\xe2\x80\x99 Enrolment email, etc.)Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.Requirements:At least Diploma holder / A LevelsMinimum 1 year experience in customer servicing or relatedExcellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel etc)Excellent PowerPoint skillsEffective & good communication and interpersonal skillsGreat team mate and flexible to support Broking and Direct team wherever requiredMotivated and strong commitment to team\xe2\x80\x99s successMeticulous, efficient, and positive attitudeAble to handle dateline pressures and intense workloadPotential to convert to a permanent CRM/ BD executive roleBelieve in better with AIA.
