To work closely with other departments to understand Clients\' needs and increase meaningful engagement
To plan, coordinate and execute varied activities for the Clients
To observe, monitor and provide inputs of Client\'s participation and behaviours during programmes
To maintain inventory and replenish programme resources on a regular basis
Volunteer Management
To source and liaise with potential volunteers
To conduct briefing for volunteers on role expectations, Client\'s needs and strategies in engaging clients
To supervise volunteer activities
To collect volunteer feedback and analyse the needs / gaps
To update and coordinate with home staff on volunteer activities
Resident Management
To assess the needs and set relevant goals for residents, with other team members
To implement intervention plans, where necessary
Others
To assist the Programme Executive in other ad-hoc duties assigned
Qualifications:
NITEC or GCE O\' or N\' Level
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good team player
Motivated to serve individuals with special needs
Experience working with individuals with special needs will be an advantage
