Job Description
Join our CareLibrary family who are trained dementia care staff. CareLibrary strives to maintain cognitive wellness and slow down cognitive decline of our clients through multi- sensory stimulating activities, with the aim of retaining their functional abilities and social engagement within the community. In a vibrant, safe and supportive environment, CareLibrary provides person-centered care for senior adults with/is at risk of cognitive impairment through non-pharmacological methods.
Join our CareLibrary family to be a Programme Assistant, if:
- You have a passion and desire to work with persons with Alzheimer/Dementia
- You are able to assist in developing strategic planning to raise awareness of CareLibrary programs and services
- You are able to facilitate program employing person-centered care approach, positive and effective language skills to engage participants
- You have good interpersonal skills to build strategic relationship with the caregivers and render support by providing useful information
- You are looking for 5-day work-week; From Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 6pm
