Description
- Managing all elements of volunteering within the organisation
- Identify ways to sustain and improve partnered initiatives to build relationships to support department's needs
- Able to develop and maintain networks and partnerships with various community partners
- Monitor, evaluate and accredit volunteers
- Track and update records and maintain database of volunteers and partners to ensure critical information is captured for timely submission
- Plan, organise and roll out activities and programmes accordingly to support resident's social needs
- Provide support in any other tasks as assigned
- Min Diploma in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Gerontology or Service Sector disciplines or any related field
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in community healthcare settings in Singapore
- Hands-on experience in community partnership role
- People-oriented, willing to work the ground and a passion to serve
