Core Function: The Programme Executive is responsible for overseeing the effective delivery of programmes for clients of SUN-DAC. He/She will be involved in planning, implementation and evaluation of all programmes and services to ensure clients receive quality day care.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop, and manage engagement programme held at SUN-DAC Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities
  • Ensure smooth implementation of programme
  • Prepares periodic reports and records on program activities, progress, status or other special reports for management or outside agencies.
  • Evaluates program effectiveness to develop improved methods and devises evaluation methodology and implements and analyses results and recommends and takes appropriate action.
  • Allocate appropriate resources, volunteers, partners for the programmes
  • Supervise and train volunteers, partners in the running of the above programmes and provide administrative support to volunteers, partners involved in programme.
  • Monitor client safety and well-being.
  • Make appropriate referrals to Social Service Agencies, government agencies and grassroots as necessary.
  • Conduct community outreach within the vicinity of the service area and perfo rm needs assessment to ascertain service needs and gaps of the clients.
  • In charge of Tech Booster: Monthly update of clients partaking in Boccia, Timocco and Moto Tiles.
  • In charge of ISP and CSM (Caregiver Staff Meeting): Prepping paperwork for CSM, following up and assisting trainers with deadlines and calculating percentages of achieved and not achieved post-CSM.
  • In charge of CMS: Attend monthly CMS team meetings, highlight, and follow up with any issues faced by team to Diyanah through whatsapp and email.

Core Work Requirements: Education:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in social work, psychology, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, administratio n or related field.
  • Training in leadership, supervision and planning preferred.
Experience:
  • A minimum of three years of experience working in the sector preferred.
  • Must be computer proficient.
Special Skills:
  • Demonstrated skills in organization, management and leadership.
  • Knowledge of and ability to work effectively with the community and stakeholders;
  • Excellent oral and written communicatio n skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with staff, volunteers, and the public. Must be self-directed and work independently.
  • Experience dealing with Seniors with disabilities will be an added advantage
Physical Requirements: Must have the ability to attend community meetings, training events and agency meetings.

Working Hours: Full time; 40 hours per week; with the ability to work flexible hours depending on needs and events
