To oversee and manage the day-to-day operations for HPC and provide supervision and guidance to the staff
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the management of HPC services in terms of its operations, manpower, health state of systems, effectiveness of work procedures and relevant trainings for the programme staffs in a region assigned.
Responsible for the relevant resources management to achieve the programme\'s goals on productivity and service quality.
Periodic review and update to the department\'s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for achievement of efficient and effective work processes that aligned with guidelines from relevant governing agencies/bodies.
Manage the operational development of staff and their work performances via coaching, mentoring/counselling, and training.
Responsible for the programme staffs\' discipline, conduct, professionalism, and performances, in accordance to HR guidelines.
Manage and monitor the available feedback systems (service surveys, home visits, etc) to achievement of high service quality, address service failures and perform work improvement initiatives as required.
Periodic review on the programme\'s Key Performance Indicators to ensure its usefulness and effectiveness.
Conduct Annual Performance Appraisal for the programme staffs, and provide counselling where necessary.
Conduct periodic meetings with programme staffs, support teams for information/instruction dissemination, gathering of feedbacks, review of outstanding issues and other work related matters.
Conduct quarterly meeting with Programme and Care Staff.
Manage/approve programme staffs\' annual & home leave applications, with considerations to operational needs and available manpower.
Manage and work with both internal and external stakeholders on all relevant matters pertaining to the program.
Prepare and submit relevant programme weekly/monthly reports to HODs, for their approval.
Embark on work tasks assigned by the reporting officer / HOD.
Qualifications:
Recognized Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
Preferably with 3 years of experience working in a community, social or healthcare services.
