- Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly in the Eunos Crescent community.- Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement.- Implement new programmes and/or services for service users based on needs.- Conduct programme evaluation to gather feedback for all regular programmes.- Identify areas of improvement and initiate enhancements/improvements.- Coordinate and manage stakeholders communications for programmes and services.- Guide volunteers in executing programme activities.- Manage programme budgets and resources.- Work with other organisations to execute programmes.Job Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline.- Preferably with programme coordination or relevant experience in working with elderly clients in the community setting and healthcare or social service sector.- Knowledge of programme design, implementation, and evaluation.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple tasks and priorities.- Possess adaptability to find ways of solving and/or pre-empting problems.- Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese residents. - Willing to work 5.5 days/week and work at Eunos Crescent.Compensation:
