Job Responsibilities:

Designing, planning, implementing and managing weekly programme( Drop-in centre for Children, Drop-in centre for Youth, Mentoring Programmes for Youth, School Holiday Workshops for Parents and Children)

To support Team Lead in reviewing the effectiveness of programme.

Developing training materials for volunteers.

Manage and train volunteers.

To identify upcoming trends in the community and follow best practices to enhance programmes impact.

Review and evaluate programmes for impact study.

Maintain client records to ensure that it is accurate and timely for data analysis.

Candidate Requirements:

Diploma in Social Scienes, Social Work, Counselling, Sociology or relevant related qualifications

Collaborative & Team Oriented - Able to work independently and with cross centre Teams

Organised and detailed oriented in planning children and youth services programmes to achieve desired outcomes

Good interpersonal and communication skills in working with youths-at-risk
