This role supports the operational management of our learning programmes. You will manage logistics, and ensure the smooth operation of training sessions, including our Resilience training programmes (FRTC and MRTC).This role is very unique in the industry, where you will have the opportunity to support mental health programmes with greater impact and from organisational perspective. You will oversee the development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive Resilience Training Programme which aims to enhance the mental and emotional resilience of our soldiers, preparing them to face the challenges of modern military operations. Candidates should have a background in programme (or project) management and a hunger to explore new ways of enhancing the mental resilience of the Singapore Armed Forces. Corporate consultative experience in programme management, as well as solid negotiation and communication skills are highly desirable.
