Lead in the execution of programmes to support children, aged 4-9, in their English literacy development . Work closely About The Role General . Work closely with stakeholders, such as parents, volunteers, centre heads to ensure the smooth running of programmes and that programme objectives are met. . Manage and lead in the growth of the programme Responsibilities 1. Lead a team to conduct organisation's literacy programmes, including StoryLAB, GROW and iREAD 2. Generate materials for in-house literacy programmes 3. Liaise with parents for programme registration and scheduling 4. Liaise and train volunteers to conduct our C3 literacy programmes 5. Organize and carry out additional programmes and events as required (e.g. camps, parenting workshops, outings) 6. Follow-up with volunteers and parents on the progress of students and to provide support where needed 7. Liaise and work closely with community partners and stakeholders to provide holistic support for the children and their families Other Responsibilities . Assist in fundraising, administration and other responsibilities as required . Reporting and presentations . Proposal writing . Take on other additional responsibilities as required by management Candidate Requirements Technical Competencies: 1. IT proficient - M365, Google Workspace 2. Have a vision in mobilising technology to serve and helping families to leverage on technology for student's learning 3. Detail-oriented Core Competencies: 1. Have a passion for working with children 2. Willing to learn, adapt and try new things 3. Good communication and engagement skills 4. Team player 5. High energy level Preferred achievements / characteristics: 1. Fluency in English and a 2nd language 2. Experience working with children (pre-school and lower primary) 3.
