Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage technical resources for end-to-end software delivery using low code platform, Agile methodology
• Design and deliver technical/solution architectures based on business requirements
• Propose the best practices and coding standards for the project, perform code review and hands-on coding if required
• Responsible for effort estimation, development schedules, quality control, technical documentation
• Act as an IT consultant to assist clients with technical solutions, delivery roadmap and post-implementation support strategy
• Managing external vendors for development and project delivery
• Lead technical proposals, presentations and demonstrations to client stakeholders
• Involve in acquiring engagements and managing the relationship with clients

Skills & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Business or related IT discipline
• At Least 1-3 year of working experience in software development; experience on OutSystems web and/or mobile projects will be an added advantage
• Working experience in Agile software development and technical practices;
• Thrive and work well with others in fast-paced, highly demanding environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and results focused
• Ability to deliver thoughtful, accurate and timely work product
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to understand complex requirements and think strategically about business, products and technical challenges
• Team player and passionate in championing the team to continuously refactor and improve to deliver the quality software product
