Assist in overseeing the operations of a smoking/vaping cessation virtual counselling pilot programme for youths aged 13-16.
Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders including schools and counsellors to ensure smooth execution of pilot programme.
Handling the logistical aspects of the virtual counselling sessions to ensure that all necessary materials and resources are available for both counsellors and students.
Communicate with counsellors and provide them with necessary information and support.
Compile data for programme evaluation and reporting.
Participate in pilot project development as part of the team
Support additional tasking or coordination related to the programme during the contract period

Minimum 2-3 years working experience
Experience in programme support, in educational or counselling settings, is preferred.
Good organisational and multitasking skills.
Good communication skills
Proficiency in using virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
