Responsibilities:
Support status tracking of enhancement backlog across programmes for reporting at monthly meeting.
Support app knowledge documentation, reporting gaps and tracking the issues to resolution.
Support raising of Purchase Orders and Goods Receipts and tracking of work delivered by vendors.
Support daily and timely app account management (account creation, reset, termination, amendments).
Additional Information:
Candidates with 1-2 years\' experience in similar field would be preferred
