As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. This includes defining project scope and monitoring the execution of deliverables. You will communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. You are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Estimation and Planning is required. Expert proficiency in Program Project Management, Risk Management, Scope Management, and Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) is suggested. Lead strategic planning sessions to align project goals with business objectives. Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure transparency and address any challenges. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation to track progress and outcomes. Implement best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. * Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
