to support and coordinate Finance & Accounting (F&A) transformation programs. The role will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities, while partnering closely with Finance, Operations, and Technology teams.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and track Finance & Accounting project plans, deliverables, and timelines.
Coordinate initiatives to improve F&A processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align project scope and execution.
Monitor risks, dependencies, and issues, and support resolution to maintain delivery timelines.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and updates for program governance and leadership.
Support adoption of technology and tools to enable Finance & Accounting transformation.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for standardization and automation.
Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
6-10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting operations and/or project/program management.
Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting processes.
Proven ability to manage projects, track progress, and deliver against commitments.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple levels and geographies.
