Project Manager banking domain Scrum Master / PM for Secured Lending Role Responsibilities:
Manage multiple technical & business-initiated projects from initiation through implementation including
phases such as planning, analysis, design/development, implementation & post go live support
Profound knowledge in Agile Methodology, ability to coach the team on applying the Agile principles.
Arrange and use effective techniques for facilitation of scrum ceremonies including iteration / release reviews and planning, daily stand-up and retrospectives
Understand E2E business flow and thoroughly familiar with components involved across the business
flows. Evaluating and leading ongoing reviews of business processes, anticipating requirements, developing optimization strategies, uncovering areas of improvement to implement solutions
Performing requirements analysis, documenting and communicating those to stakeholders. Ensuring
solutions to meet business requirements and expertise in Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
Working closely with biz and product owners, development teams and management. Conduct meetings
and presentations to share ideas / findings, gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
Establishes project requirements, prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and monitoring
deliverables to ensure timely completion of MVPs and project deadlines in accordance with all Risk, Architecture, other relevant guidelines and coordinate resources (staff, equipment, vendors and consultants) across projects
Understand cost elements that are included in a project budget that make up for the business case,
provides input and manage completion of the business case. Proactively seeks understanding of project hours variances and influences timely resolution. Assist in budget for assigned project, forecast, HLE, monitor project progress and adjusts resources and priorities accordingly
Assist in SIT, UAT and resolve issues through mediation, negotiation with project team and / or
escalation with Matrix / Lead PM knowing when / what to escalate and to whom. Demonstrates ability to prioritize issues on the critical path accounting for multiple factors. Understands subject matter to facilitate meaningful issue and risk discussions
Has sufficient understanding / subject matter expertise and preparedness of information to effectively
communicate key messages across matrix project teams, IT or Business teams. Communicates confidently with MDs. Provides proactive communications to key Stakeholders
Ability to manage cross functional teams to drive and hold strong control on the overall project and
business objectives + audit requirements; Ensure project alignment with established practices. Project Artifacts Posting: ensure accuracy, timeliness and quality of products. Remediates all known compliance issues in a timely fashion to ensure on-time project delivery Role Requirements:
A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business or computer science with 7-10 years of overall experience
with 5+ years of project management experience
5+ years of experience business analysis in banking domain with at least 3+ years of experience in
working Agile Methodology (Scrum & Kanban), project task estimation, resource scheduling, risk and issue management
2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in working in project finance and understand basic finance concepts like CAPEX,
OPEX, Depreciation, Ownership etc
Familiarity with various systems used in banking domain, fundamental analytical and conceptual
thinking skills
Good stakeholder management and the ability to influence stakeholders, internal tech teams & solution
engineers and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
Good written and spoken communication skills, excellent presentation and documentation skills
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
Competency in Confluence, JIRA, Share point, Word, PPT, Excel and Outlook
