Job Description

ENDEC Group is a Philippines-registered company with years of experience in providing governance, management, information, administrative services, and support processes to affiliated companies and related industries in construction and design. With our company's quantum expansion and business growth, we are looking for a highly decisive, critical thinker, detail attentive, and can multi-task Project Accountant who will be responsible to calculate and oversee all finances of a project. Their duties include planning construction projects' budgets, performing cost analyses, and reviewing purchase orders, invoices, and supplier contracts.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the accounting operations of the construction projects and construction division of the company
Work with project management and PMO staff ensuring proper compliance with contract and project accounting and invoicing procedures including reviewing and analyzing job cost estimates and reports on appropriate frequencies
Develop and implement new accounting/operations ensuring accounting policies followed that will primarily assist the construction division with procedures to prepare and manage the construction operations
Forecast and monitor the company's financial condition to ensure that the company remains creditworthy and can obtain surety bonding as needed
Oversee internal financial reporting consists of such as financial statements, budget variance reports, and job financial performance reports to monitor the company's financial status
Provides reporting and budgeting analysis as required by Senior Management.
At least 3 years of working experience in the same field and construction industry is required
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, and Accountancy Management
Proven experience in a major construction project is required
Intuit QuickBooks Software is preferred
Contracts Management
Strong analytical and planning skills
Willing to be assigned to Muntinlupa City
