  • Perform administrative tasks such as routine data entry assignments, logistics support, etc.
  • Assist project coordinators and engineers in the implementation and facilitation of projects
  • Attend to call in customers, customers\' enquiries and follow-ups via telephones and/or emails
  • Prepare a range of project-related documents for key stakeholders as required
  • Ensure upkeep of inventory records, project documentations and quotation and sales orders
  • Work effectively with team members towards continued development of the projects
  • Coordinating the project schedule. Project coordination support
  • Additional ad hoc duties and responsibilities as required
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or its equivalent or minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Computer literate and tech-savvy
  • Strong communication and administrative skills
  • Any experience or certification in project management is an added advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to handle stress, tight deadlines and work in a fast paced environment
  • Able to converse comfortably in Both ENGLISH and CHINESE
