Manage project documentation and ensure timely submissions
Serve as the point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and adjacent community stakeholders.
Assist Project Manager with schedules, reports, and meetings
Raise and follow up on purchase requests with operations team
Prepare monthly worker reports and support staff welfare matters
Handle inquiries from the public and support liaison activities with relevant regulatory and governing bodies.
Maintain document tracking, filing, and overall project organization
Job Requirements:
Minimum a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in construction administration or site-based roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
