Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management Support
Assist in developing project schedules and tracking timelines.
Coordinate and schedule meetings between clients, designers, and contractors.
Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and support issue resolution.
2. Design and Material Coordination
Collaborate with interior designers to transform concepts into actionable plans.
Review design layouts, materials, and finishes to align with project requirements.
Conduct research and source appropriate materials, furnishings, and fixtures.
Responsible for logistic to coordinate transportation, materials, and equipment
3. Financial and Resource Oversight
Assist in preparing and monitoring project budgets to ensure financial compliance.
Track project expenses and report any discrepancies or cost overruns.
4. Documentation and Regulatory Compliance
Maintain accurate project records, contracts, and approvals.
Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with local construction regulations, safety standards, and codes.
5. Communication and Team Coordination
Serve as a liaison between clients, designers, contractors, and internal teams.
Facilitate smooth communication and assist in conflict resolution.
Provide administrative and operational support to the project team to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
Previous experience in a project coordination or administrative role within the construction industry.
Interior design background knowledge is required.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
Strong problem-solving skills to address site-related challenges effectively.
Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and meet project deadlines.
