The Opportunity
Focus: Perform Admin tasks, including planning, organization follow-up, documentation, communication, and coordination with stakeholders.
Office location: Singapore, Multiple location - Mainly North area
Working hours: 5 days' work (Monday-Friday) 8am-5:30pm
The Talent
At least 1 year of experience in an HR administration or equivalent role.
Poly graduate or equivalent experience in business, engineering, science, or related field of study.
Strong interpersonal skills, a fast learner, and able to work effectively in a
collaborative team environment.
Strong prioritization and time-management skills to balance multiple tasks
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and other relevant
software tools.
MAIN FUNCTIONS Services & Program Delivery
Coordinate interviews and candidate schedules.
Support onboarding of new hires.
Handle contract administration and related tasks.
Manage, track, and report on government claims and submissions.
Deliver services across various Organization functions
Customer Service & Request Management
Receive requests via inquiry tools, phone, email, or walk-ins.
Log requests into a tracking system, as appropriate.
Use the knowledge base to research and resolve issues for first-call resolution.
Provide information directly or escalate to appropriate departments as needed
HR Records & Documentation Management
Follow standard operating procedures and policies for all processes.
Maintain and manage personnel and organizational records and files.
Notify relevant stakeholders of required forms, deadlines, or missing information
Ensure completeness and accuracy of personnel records.
Update and validate data changes in the Organization system of record
Communicate data changes to necessary parties
Employee Life-cycle Program Support Receive training and certifications for new or updated services/programs. Monitor and review service effectiveness within the Service Center. Provide feedback on service gaps or improvement opportunities to managers. Maintain up-to-date standard operating procedures and internal knowledge base.
