Job Description


  • attend meeting and record minutes of meeting
  • assist project team on paper work, submission, and any other adhoc duties requested by site team and admin manager
  • to check punch log/food reimbursement
  • to prepare PO for petty cash reimbursement
  • to maintain project folder (e-filing) in server
  • to attend resident feedback if any
  • to prepare notice for stakeholders
  • assist in ISO/GGB audit
  • Any other Ad-hoc duties

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in related field;
  • Can work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Must be organized,detail-oriented, reliable, punctual and be able to do multi-task
  • Must be able to meet tight deadlines
