We are currently working with a leading international engineering consultancy which is expanding aggressively across the region and is looking for a Project Administrator to join its team in undertaking a broad scope of aviation projects across the group and be based in Singapore. Key Responsibilities:
- Offering comprehensive administrative and operational assistance, including managing travel arrangements, coordinating internal/external meetings and workshops, calendar management, staff onboarding, and other necessary business support tasks.
- Conducting analytical tasks such as generating reports and analytics using Microsoft PowerBI and editing moderately complex Excel sheets, involving tasks like data pivoting and advanced functions.
- Weekly monitoring of timesheets, project expenses, and time transfers. Assisting the leadership team in driving and implementing process changes as required.
- Providing support for financial and group management systems, ensuring all actions are promptly updated and completed.
- Aiding in the formatting and compilation of PDFs for Group and project documents of small and medium sizes, adhering to company standard templates and Corporate Style Guidelines.
Key Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience in administration within a consulting/engineering built environment business.
- Demonstrated excellence in understanding processes, guidelines, and job instructions, with a focus on developing specialized skills in areas such as commercial, CRM, documents, and travel.
- Sound knowledge of business systems, with the ability to train and assist others, promoting better utilization of systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and escalating system issues to relevant parties. Familiarity with the talent interview process, capable of seeking support from Talent Acquisition team when needed.
- Foundational awareness of health and safety (H&S) best practices, with the ability to identify HSE risks, breaches, or specific needs and follow appropriate protocols.
