What You'll Be Doing
Keeping project documents in order and ensuring submissions flow smoothly
Coordinating between teams, consultants and site staff
Supporting the Project Manager with schedules, reports, and meetings
Raising and following up on purchase requests with the operations team
Managing public feedback and liaising with authorities like NEA, BCA, and LTA
Tracking documents, filing, and keeping the project organized
What We're Looking For
Diploma or Degree in Construction, Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
Prior experience in project coordination or administrative roles within the construction or interior design industry is a plus
Knowledge of interior design concepts, construction processes, materials, and workflow is preferred
Strong understanding of industry practices and ability to support site-related challenges
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in scheduling, document management, and collaboration tools
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure project deliverables meet standards
Ability to work independently, take initiative, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
