Job Description
$4500+AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Industry: Manufacturing
Transportation provided or state the nearest mrt stations
MNC / SGX Listed Company
Responsibilities
- Performs data management, administrative support, and quality check for accuracy on documentation submittal to customers
- Works closely with internal project pipe teams and Project managers to ensure timely and quality submission of vendor\xe2\x80\x99s documentation to customers.
- Prepares Final Documentation.
- Assists the Project Manager to plan and manage the execution of projects to ensure proper coordination, implementation and schedule of the project
- Assists Project Manager to ensure achievement of project objectives defined in the contract project status and reports
- Assists Project Manager in monitoring and controlling the projects from Award to Closure ensuring the project goals are delivered
- Diploma in Mechanical, Instrumentation/Control Engineering
- Min 2 years of working experience in Project Management would be an added advantage
- Good Knowledge of Engineering and the Oil & Gas Industry
- Good verbal and written communication skills
