$4500+AWS +2-3 VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours

Responsibilities
- Co-ordinating packing arrangements and perform pre-shipment ship to address/end user screening
- Prepare all shipment instructions and documentations (Proforma Invoices, Packing Lists and Delivery notes etc).
- Ensure all shipments are timely and delivery schedule is met by working closely with internal and external teams (such as forwarders).
- Ensure proper documentation (COO, LC, GST) are in-place for each delivery/shipment.
- Local and overseas Invoice dispatch to customers.
- Manage & ensure all complete GST documents submission to Finance on weekly basis.
- Diploma/NITEC holder in Logistics Management or any related field.
- 2 years of relevant experience handling shipping documentation or specializing in Logistics or Supply Chain function or equivalent
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
